Leadership Team

Nathaniel Spells, Sr. began a career in construction after graduating from Clemson University in 1972 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Building Construction.  After years of working with some of the nation’s leading construction companies across the United States, Mr. Spells pursued his dream of entrepreneurship by establishing Construction Dynamics, Inc. (CDI) in 1987. While working from his garage, CDI has grown to become one of the Southeast’s leading General Contracting and Construction Management firms.​
